Then again,his voice actor WAS 'Mark Hammil' WHOM was the Joker in some Batman cartoons.
Comeon, i watched the old Batman episode where he brainwashed Harley Quinn. Seems close to me.
He even took Robin,the 9 year old...or whatever his name is and made him his sidekick.
